Ricardo Lazoff

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Ricardo had an entrepreneurial mind from a very young age. Right out of school, he opened and managed a chain of 83 affordable clothing stores throughout Puerto Rico. He later saw the need for the higher end and opened the first Italian, custom-made, full-service men's boutique for Puerto Rico's elite which he named Lazoff. Through the years he expanded to Coral Gables by acquiring Franco B.

While retail was part of his successful beginnings, he always had a passion for real estate. While managing Lazoff and Franco B, he actively participated and oversaw the development division of a construction company in Puerto Rico and shortly after decided to move forward with real estate. He moved his family to Miami and his commercial real estate career took off. 

Ricardo joined Metro1 with vast knowledge and resources in off-market properties. He specializes in the industrial, Multi-family and hospitality sectors.
