Director of Metro 1 Hospitality Fabian Graff is a seasoned investment sales broker who has developed extensive experience in serving the Greater Miami Region. Mr. Graff, who has close to a decade of industry experience, specializes in the investment sales of hotels and multifamily properties.

Mr. Graff’s clients benefit from his years of experience in the finance and hospitality industries and prior to joining Metro 1 Commercial, Mr. Graff spent many years in the lending industry working with Argent Mortgage and Citi Group.

Mr. Graff is also a partner in a national debt settlement and Active in industry associations, Mr. Graff is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC), the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
