Metro 1 brokered the lease of one of Wynwood’s most important additions to its Food & Beverage scene: Momosan.
Our firm represented both sides of the transaction. Momosan, led by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, as well as the Lerner Family, a legacy property owner in Wynwood.
Momosan, which already has outposts in Seattle, New York City, and Waikiki, features the Iron Chef’s take on Japanese ramen, grilled skewers, and Izakaya dishes, with a large focus on noodle dishes made with unique broths.
– Momosan is slated to open in 2020.
