Metro 1 Closes $14.6M Sale On Behalf of Morabito Properties to Add to Wynwood Portfolio

Valerio Morabito of Morabito Properties just closed on his second Wynwood acquisition, expanding his current Wyncatcher assemblage with the purchase of Wyncatcher II located at 2150 NW Miami Court.

The property consists of 14,162 SF building on a 23,580 SF of land site at 2150 NW Miami Court for $14.6M in Wynwood, Miami. The sale closed on May 29th.

Valerio plans to expand the building to 49,270 SF, over 3 stories, with a rooftop space and private outdoor terrace, and 46 covered parking spaces.

The site is zoned T5-O within Wynwood’s NRD-1 overlay, allowing up to 5 stories as of right, and 8 stories with bonuses.

Wyncatcher, Valerio’s first acquisition in Wynwood was fully leased to Knotel and recently completed. The Knotel lease encompassed 38,500 SF.
