Metro 1 Represents Vivienne Westwood in the Acquisition of their Miami Beach Flagship Store

We are incredibly proud to have represented the iconic fashion brand Vivienne Westwood in the acquisition of their Miami flagship store.

Vivienne Westwood started designing in the 70s and 80s and became synonymous with Punk Rock aesthetic.

With the adoption of punk in the mainstream, Vivienne Westwood pivoted and moved to Italy and started designing for catwalks, entering the high fashion scene.

Fast forward to 2024, Vivienne Westwood is worn by the likes of Kendall Jenner at the Met Gala, Ariana Grande at her Wicked premieres, and Taylor Swift during her The Eras Tour.

This location marks the start of the revival of Collins Avenue, which has seen an exodus of high end brands for the past decade, but retains its charm with its Art Deco buildings and proximity to high end hotels, which is what drove Vivienne Westwood to the location to begin with.
