Pioneering the Next Chapter of Metro 1

For the past 15 years, we’ve shaped Miami’s most iconic neighborhoods while preserving communities and cultures within the urban core. Today, we announce three milestones that mark the start of the next chapter. We are so excited for how these developments will allow us to serve you, and our communities, better. My vision for Metro 1 from the beginning was to create lasting change in our world for the better through the built environment. From our family to yours, thank you for your support and partnership along the way.

Keep pioneering.

 We’re Moving To Little Haiti

At the end of July, we packed up our offices in Wynwood after more than 15 years of being an anchor within the neighborhood. Our new headquarters will be located in the heart of Little Haiti, in the first commercial property our founder, Tony Cho, ever invested in. Watch the video above to hear all the details on the move, our partnership with Little Haiti-based coworking space Thynk Global, and what’s to come.
